Toronto - Ottawa Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica - Mosaiculture Gatineau* - Sorel-Tracy
Depart from Toronto in the morning and head to Ottawa, pass by the historical Parliament Hall. Then passengers will be arrived at Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica in Ottawa. The Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica is the oldest and largest church in Ottawa and the seat of the city's Roman Catholic archbishop (Visit depends on church Public open Hours). After lunch, tour will be arrived at Jacques-Cartier Park (Fee Applied) join the biggest horticultural event in Canada. Passengers can witness the beauty of this ephemeral exhibit designed with more than 5.5 million plants. See up close the pinnacle of the Art of Mosaïculture and observe the artistic excellence of the world-renown creators behind this unique and grandiose floral showcase. Passengers can see one of the Park’s Icon, the BIRD TREE, which you won’t want to miss! The Bird Tree’s branches transform themselves into 56 bird species, while its roots change into a Kakapo and six species of amphibians and reptiles. After dinner, accommodation at Hotel De La Rive (exclusive by Tai Pan Tours) or similar.
Sorel-Tracy - Montmorency Falls - Charlevoix Light Train - Old Quebec City
Visit the Maple Farm in the morning and enjoy traditional sugar shack meal (Fee Applied). The sugar shack illustrates the agricultural history and first nation’s civilization. Then proceed to the Montmorency Fall. The falls, at 84m high and 46m wide, are the highest in the province of Quebec. They are also 30m higher than Niagara Falls. The falls are at the mouth of the Montmorency River where it drops over the cliff shore into the Saint Lawrence River. Depends on the schedule, you can also get a chance to ride the Gondola (Fee Applied) which will bring you to the top of the falls. You can have various view of the Maple scene on top. After lunch, will proceed to the Fall Train station toward Bale Saint Paul, witness the beauty of Fall Foliage. The train provides complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience. The journey is designed to go through the mountains and overlooking St. Lawrence River, you will be amazed by the vibrant colors of this classic scene. After 2 hours 15 mins ride, you will head back to Old Quebec City by coach. Back to hotel after dinner.
Quebec - Thousand Island - Toronto
Visit one of Canada’s most astonishing natural scenery - Thousand Islands (seasonal close during November to early April). You can enjoy a pleasant boat cruise (Fee Applied) to discover the various island through the narrow waterways. After visiting Thousand Islands, transfer back to Toronto and expect to arrive in the evening.
